Yes — every bottle is sourced directly from authorised distributors and batch-verified. We ship in tamper-evident glass decants with the batch code included on the label.
How do event ticket inquiries work?+
Browse upcoming events, pick a ticket tier, and either message us on WhatsApp or send an inquiry form. We reply within 15 minutes during business hours with availability, seat maps and payment options.
What's the return policy on gadgets?+
Sealed gadgets can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened items are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
Do you offer a discount on marketing retainers?+
3-month prepay saves 5%, 6-month prepay saves 10%. Growth and Scale packages also include free strategy calls beyond the retainer scope.
How fast do you ship?+
Orders placed before 4pm ship same-day. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days nationwide; express next-day is available at checkout.
